Ugandan opposition leader and popular singer Bobi Wine has been arrested again, just after successfully being certified as a presidential candidate for the 2021 election. Wine — whose real name is Robert Kyagulanyi Ssentamu — was dragged from his car by officers and placed into a police van amid violent scuffles between police and his supporters. He hopes to unseat 76-year-old President Yoweri Museveni who has been in power for 34 years.
