In early November, Maradona was hospitalized, later it became known that he was diagnosed with a subdural hematoma. Doctors performed brain surgery on the football player. On November 12 he was discharged from the hospital. Doctors noted that the footballer was conscious.

 




On Wednesday, Maradona had a heart attack. It was not possible to save him.

 

Argentine President Alberto Fernandez has declared three days of mourning in the country.

Diego Maradona is one of the best footballers of the 20th century. He played for Argentinos Juniors, Boca Juniors, Barcelona, ​​Napoli, Sevilla, Newells Old Boys.

 

For the Argentine national team he played 113 matches and scored 50 goals. Maradona is a world champion in football, silver medalist of the world championship, two-time champion of Italy, winner of the UEFA Cup, winner of the Italian Cup, winner of the Spanish Cup, winner of the honorary Ballon d'Or.
