Court strikes out suit seeking to stop Imo state governor-elect, Emeka Ihedioha’s inauguration

The governorship candidiate of the Democratic Alternative party in the state, Clifford Eze, had approached the court, seeking an an order to stop Ihedioha from being sworn in as the next governor of the state. Eze in his court paper, argued that he won the March 9th governorship election.
