Blac Chyna going to police after sex tape leaks

A sex tape featuring Blac Chyna surfaced online Monday, and the reality star is immediately going to the cops.

Chyna plans to file a police report following the leak of a short video that shows her performing oral sex on an unknown partner, a rep for Chyna told the Daily News.

The reality star's team does not currently know who leaked the video.
Chyna, 29, is represented by attorneys Lisa Bloom and Walter Mosley. Both Bloom and Mosley issued comments after the video began to circulate on Twitter.

"Revenge porn — posting explicit images without the consent of everyone in those images — is a crime, a civil wrong, and a form of domestic abuse," Bloom said in a statement to the Daily News. "It's also a cruel attempt to slut shame women for being sexual."

Mosley, meanwhile, stressed the need to change a "culture of abuse and assault against women" while urging people to stop sharing sensitive videos with each other.

"Today’s post saddens me deeply as it is an attack not only against my client but my friend," Mosley captioned an Instagram photo of him and Chyna. "Why do we think it’s acceptable to sell, or publish, or seek revenge, or blackmail women in this way and without their consent? It’s not.

"Men ... we have to do better. I’m tired of telling my clients to not make videos because the men will put them out later," the post continued. "It’s like I’m telling them not to wear short skirts because you’re going to entice a man to rape you."

They were all blindsided by the emergence of the video, Chyna's rep said.
The video leak comes less than a year after Chyna's former fiancé, Rob Kardashian, posted multiple nude photos of the reality star to social media while repeatedly accusing her of infidelity. Bloom also characterized that incident, which occurred in July, as "revenge porn."

Chyna, who has a 1-year-old daughter, Dream, with Kardashian, then claimed in court documents that Kardashian had turned physically violent toward her that spring and was granted a restraining order against him. They agreed to a co-parenting custody agreement last September.
